We understand that needing to hire a lawyer can be a very emotional time in your life, and it does not have to be a costly process. We have programs in place such as our family mediation and estate mediation programs, provided by Family Mediation Works, that try to minimize costs by avoiding the necessity of having to go to court.
We have set out below some examples of our costs. These are to give you an idea of what you can expect, however, each case is different, and thus the costs may be more in some cases.
