Golan Yaron

I have over 19 years of experience in the area of criminal law and I have dealt with criminal cases in many GTA courts from Guelph to Oshawa and Newmarket to Toronto.

When I practiced law in Israel I was also acting as a state prosecutor and representing the state with respect to prosecution of many criminal charges at various levels of the criminal court system.

Since joining the bar in Ontario in 2003 I have been practicing as a defence lawyer and have extensive experience in defending cases including fraud, assault, domestic assault, sexual assault, robberies and other criminal charges including drugs offences. I have also represented accused persons in complex provincial offenses and highway traffic offenses as well as other motor vehicle related offenses such as dangerous driving and impaired driving.

I have extensive experience in trial work as well as bail hearing and reviews. I also have experience in negotiating with the authorities to advance a client’s interests and have represented accused persons at various levels of court including Appeal Court.
