Challenges have always motivated me both in my personal life and my professional career. I consider each dispute that requires attention as a challenge, with the goal to bring the conflict to a satisfactory resolution. Each individual is different and each conflict may be resolved differently.
I practice mainly in the areas of Family, Criminal, Estate and Civil litigation.
I obtained a Masters degree from Clark University in Massachusetts, USA, and have received a Master of Laws in Family Law from York University.
Following an Army service in an elite paratrooper unit I commenced pursuing a legal career. I obtained my law degree in the United Kingdom and was admitted to the Bar in Israel in 1996. Following my arrival to Canada I was admitted to the Ontario Bar. I have been practicing with DeRusha Law Firm for over 9 years.
My background and life experience enable me to provide clients with a straight forward, no-nonsense approach. I utilize creative strategies to a cost-effective and efficient dealing with legal conflicts.
I am a member of various law associations and continue to pursue professional development programs. I am married and a father to three boys. I enjoy sports activities and practice Martial Arts (Sikaran).
