Haig DeRusha has experience in wrongful convictions and wrongful prosecutions in Canada for over 20 years. Haig represented the first person to be compensated pursuant to the Federal Provincial Guidelines for compensation for wrongly convicted persons.

Haig DeRusha obtained his Masters in Civil Law by writing a paper under the supervision of Professor Diane Martin. Written in 2002, the paper is entitled "A Compensation for Wrongful Criminal Convictions: Looking for a “Made in Canada” Approach that Works" and it is available here.

Haig DeRusha has also prepared a book review of Justice Harvey Brownstone's book Tug of War.

Irina Nastase has prepared an article entiled Why Everyone Should Have a Family Law Lawyer

Nadia Conte has written an article about alternative dispute resolution entitled Why Utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods When Children are Involved Is So Critical.

Golan Yaron has completed his Masters Program in Family Law. He wrote a paper for this program in International Family Law Issues which was entitled “Aspects of International Child Abduction” which is about the Hague Convention. This article will be available soon.
